Mike’s MulTI-Tag chromatin profiling paper is published!

Mike’s work from his postdoc, “Multifactorial profiling of epigenetic landscapes at single-cell resolution using MulTI-Tag”, is published in the journal Nature Biotechnology today. In this work, Mike developed MulTI-Tag, a new method that uses tagmentation to profile the genomic positions of multiple different chromatin proteins in the same single cells. MulTI-Tag can be used to understand how chromatin proteins coordinate with each other during crucial gene regulatory transitions in normal cell differentiation. In the future, MulTI-Tag will be used in the Meers Lab to better understand the chromatin-centric contributors to development and disease.
