Mike is the recipient of a Cancer Research Foundation Young Investigator Award for 2023!
Mike was recently named as a recipient of a 2023 Cancer Research Foundation Young Investigator Award! This award will provide funding for high-throughput chromatin profiling of Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML) patient samples in collaboration with clinicians at Washington University School of Medicine, in order to identify chromatin lesions that cause clonal expansion in early disease. As the first grant for the Meers Lab, this is an exciting milestone! Immense gratitude to the Cancer Research Foundation and their Board of Directors.
