Dr. Meers as invited speaker at single-cell technologies conference
Mike was invited to give a talk at the “Probing Human Disease using Single-Cell Technologies Conference”, held in Cancun, Mexico from February 11th-14th, 2024.
In his talk, Mike described new methods for single-cell chromatin profiling, including MulTI-Tag for profiling multiple histone modifications in the same single cells (Meers et al. Nat. Biotech 2023). He also introduced new scientific directions in the lab that aim to use bulk and single-cell chromatin profiling to uncover molecular mechanisms of cancer pathogenesis.
